In order to establish a low-cost and low-environmental-stress technology for by-products and waste heat from thermal power plants, we have developed carbon circulation technology, which consists of an efficient process for recovery and concentration of CO₂, an effective system utilizing waste heat, and a process for marine biomass production of algal energy.
